Client: This report was prepared for the Southeastern Louisiana Flood Protection Authority – East (SLFPA – E). It is intended that the report together with its recommendations would be adopted by the SLFPA-E Board and in so doing be considered for funding for wetland restoration of Bayou Bienvenue Central Wetland Unit.
